If you are not satisfied with a standard product you can return within 7 days of delivery. However, if a product has been personalised we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If the product has arrived damaged please contact us and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out asap.

As we are a brand new small buisness please be patient with us. All of our products are lovingly hand made and therefore we will need 1 week to design & produce. We will try our best to ensure you recieve your purchase as soon as possible. We will contact you to keep you updated on when your order has been made and displatched.
